 Out of courtesy, if you need to cancel, please give us 48-hour notice.

Our Policies:

  • When scheduling your detail please submit the above form.

  • When scheduling with us please understand the following policies to ensure the best detail possible!

  • Cancelations- 24-hour notice

  • Access to utilities

  • Keys to the Vehicle Be available before and after detail for inspection

  • No refunds- We will make corrections if needed

  • No Damage claims  past 7 days are accepted ( we have never had one submitted).

Cancelations- Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance, detail may be subject to full charge.

Please allow access to all utilities and keys to the car during the entire time of the vehicle. Failure to do so compromises the finished work of the detail and we are not responsible for any unfinished work because of it.

Please schedule your detail on a day that you will be at the detail location, leaving early compromises the detail, we like to walk through the detail and get the job inspected and signed off. Leaving early or not being there when we complete your job is signing off the job as released and inspected. We rarely come back to do touch ups.

We do not do refunds since the majority of our work is labor-intensive. If you are not satisfied with your detail, then we will make corrections to your satisfaction. If you did not like your detailer, we will send out another detailer to touch up the job.

Being available after detail: Please be available after detail so we can discuss your detail with us, we would like to go over a maintenance program with you.

​

If you should have any complaints or feel we may have damaged your car it is our policy that you please contact us within 72 hours. We are fully insured but we need you to contact us immediately after you believe we may have damaged your vehicle. Failure to do so minimizes your chances of any damages being paid for. We do not accept damage claims over 7 days hours after the detail.

What to Expect at your location:

On arrival: Please have power and water available

Please schedule a day when you will be home or available during the entire course of the detail.

Please be available to walk around the vehicles for an inspection, please sign off the job as complete with the inspection form. If you leave before the inspection form is signed we will not be responsible for coming back and making corrections that you may wish, again, we ask you be available at the beginning and end of detail.

Payment: Debit, Credit Card or Cash- No Checks Please.

The receipt will be emailed or texted to you.

Maintenance:

For all our detail packages please follow our maintenance and care instructions.

All-Ceramic Glazes and Coatings have an 8, 12-month plus protection, however, they must be properly maintained to guarantee the best results! Please do not apply any wax coatings to your vehicle. Wax coatings will attract dust. We recommend the retail products that do not include carnauba waxes, we prefer to wash with synthetic polymers
